Get happy to become successful, not the other way around

Many of us tend to think that if we become successful, then we’ll become successful. But Harvard psychologist Shawn Anchor tells us that “Ninety per cent of your long term happiness is predicted not by the external world but by the way your brain processes that world.”

So if you get happy first, then “Your intelligence rises, your creativity rises, your energy levels rise… and every single business outcome improves.”
